Abstract

This article aims to provoke some debate and exchange of ideas about teacher training in a changing world. The discussion is on points that suppose an important modification in the current approaches. Although simple, this reflection helps us to rethink this question by addressing: the importance of teachers, the evolution of the figure of the teacher and the structure of training and its evolution.
