Abstract

The study addresses the increasing utilization of Cloud Computing in large corporations contrasted with its limited adoption in Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs). The main objective is to propose a framework that guides these enterprises through the phases of cloud migration. The methodology adopted is qualitative and applied, focusing on influencing factors based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) Framework. The validation of the framework is carried out through case studies demonstrating its applicability in MSEs. The results highlight efficient guidance, enhancing self-awareness, and technical readiness levels. It is concluded that the proposed framework offers a comprehensive approach to boost the use of Cloud Computing in MSEs, strengthening their competitiveness and growth potential.
