Evaluacion del control postural em mujeres com osteoartrosis de rodilla antes u después de la intervención com ejercicios

El objetivo de este estudio fue comparar el control postural antes y después de la intervención con el ejercicio en pacientes con artrosis (OA). Siete mujeres fueron evaluadas por el índice de osteoartritis de las universidades de Western Ontario y McMaster (WOMAC) y para el control postural en plataformas de fuerza (marca AMTI, modelo OR-6-2000). Los pacientes fueron aleatorizados en uno de los grupos de tratamiento (en casa o en grupo) que duraron 6 semanas, 2 sesiones semanales de ejercicios de fortalecimiento y flexibilidad. Para la comparación previa y posterior, no se consideró el grupo de tratamiento. No hubo mejoría significativa en las variables de control postural.
