Desafíos y propuestas para la universalización de los Derechos Humanos al Agua y al Saneamiento

El reconocimiento de los Derechos Humanos al Agua y al Saneamiento, en 2015, por parte de la ONU, representa un hito importante para el ámbito humanitario, ya que institucionaliza la relevancia del acceso al agua potable y al alcantarillado de calidad como elementos esenciales para la dignidad y la vida humana. A través del estudio de los informes aplicando el Análisis de Contenido, se identificaron cinco clases de análisis: Social, Económico, Ambiental, Internacional y Técnico, que permitieron alcanzar los objetivos de clasificar los principales desafíos y propuestas para la universalización y sintetizar la discusión sobre la gobernanza de los servicios, en además de demostrar la relevancia y actualidad del tema, dado que la universalización sigue siendo un desafío importante, como se presentará en este artículo.
