Heart failure (HF) is a global public health problem. Despite advances in the field of science, its pathophysiology is still little known and its treatment is complex. However, a wide variety of phenotypes make diagnosis and treatment challenging. Therefore it sought in this systematic review to disagree about the etiology, pathophysiology, signs and symptons, the diagnostic and therapeutic of HF.
