Resilience and teaching performance
assessments during the COVID-19 pandemic

The present work tries to analyze the resilience in 200 teachers of the Trujillo Municipality of the Trujillo State-Venezuela. The study has a positivist paradigm under the criteria of field research with a non-experimental, transectional descriptive design. Information was collected through the survey using the resilience scale as an instrument. The results allow us to conclude that resilient teachers are better equipped to deal with the stressful stimuli of constantly changing work environments.
