Management program for community organizations
an experience from the three-voice narration

From the research line: Community social management, leadership, empowerment and socio-community projects in social transformation for good living, we proceeded to analyze the training process for community management that is currently being developed through the Management Program for Community Organizations (PGOC) Eastern territory, with the use of biographical-narrative research, from where the con-formation of community managers is reflected with the hermeneutical turn to develop assertive work of community mobilization from the identity with the territory, its people , empowerment, culture, ideosyncracy, values, legal status, sustainable thoughts and other references that allow the manager to create a set of relationships that allow the creation of a human fabric of relationships and ties to energize the popular life that is gestated, the history that is built and in it the good life.
