La experiencia de los Profesores Portugueses Durante la Pandemia: Aprendizajes Realizados y Cambios

Este artículo se basa en un proyecto internacional más amplio, con objetivo de analizar las experiencias de los profesores durante la pandemia, con un enfoque particular en su aprendizaje profesional y en sus perspectivas de cambio basadas en la experiencia de enseñanza a distancia. El estudio contó con la participación de 2,638 profesores de todos los niveles educativos y de todas las áreas disciplinares, y los datos se recopilaron a través de un cuestionario en línea. Los resultados indican que, a pesar de enfrentar enormes desafíos durante la transición abrupta a la enseñanza a distancia, los profesores adquirieron nuevas competencias relacionadas no solo con el uso de plataformas digitales, sino también con la planificación de actividades, el trabajo colaborativo y la evaluación formativa. Sin embargo, sugieren cambios, especialmente en lo que respecta a la necesidad de formación continua, la mejora de condiciones de enseñanza y el acceso a recursos adecuados.
