Diversity school and dialogue while demand

The aim of the present article is to propose a reflection on the presence of diversity in the school
and the necessity of the commitment to the development of the learners, having as presumption the
attendance to the diversity, through the dialogue as a mediation and a demand.The article was
constructed through bibliographical research and the author 's view, in her experience as a teacher
and currently as supervisor of teaching in public schools, with reference to the need to build respect
for diversity in school.In this perspective it is proposed this reflection which must be faced by the
different actors of the school space, seeking through dialogue to mediate adequate conditions for
all learners.
The expected result with the present article is the possibility and the necessity of a personal revision
of the educators and the professionals of the school as a whole, about the reality lived by the
educandos in the Brazilian public schools, where the lack of acceptance of the differences,
reinforces the inequalities within the school and in society, which further increases unjust power
relations in and out of school.
